As we head into our busy Valentine’s Day season and possibly face bad weather, we have the following information regarding orders and delivery:
ORDERS
All orders must be pre-paid and NO Cancellations are allowed, whether placed online or by phone.
Any changes to orders including time, location, or date MUST be made by close of business on Tuesday, Feb 11.
DELIVERIES
Due to the holiday, all deliveries will be scheduled at our discretion within the holiday week. Business location deliveries will be made by the end of the recipient’s workshift, we cannot offer morning deliveries.
Deliveries BEFORE or AFTER February 14 will be completed during the holiday week per our discretion as time and weather conditions allow.
If a recipient is not home or at their workplace on the day of delivery, doors will be tagged and orders MUST BE PICKED UP AT OUR STORE. There will be NO redelivery attempts during the holiday week. NO EXCEPTIONS. There will be NO REFUNDS due to a recipient not being at the location.
Orders for roses will have a 1st, 2nd and 3rd color choice option.
Designers' Choice floral arrangements means that the designer chooses flower colors, types and design. Traditional Valentine's colors (red, white and pink) are NOT guaranteed. Customer preferences will be considered and orders fulfilled to meet them as best we can, but colors may vary due to availability of flowers during the busy holiday week.
